Seeds of Self Actualization Workshops is dedicated to guiding individuals along the path of self-discovery, fostering personal empowerment and nurturing self-acceptance along the way.
Group Approach
Through thoughtfully guided group classes, we explore creativity in a shared, supportive space where inspiration flows collectively.
Individual Approach
In individual sessions, we slow down and focus inward, allowing space for personal discovery and creative depth.
In Essence
Within both shared group spaces and one-to-one work, this is an exploration of the core self — a process of uncovering who you are beneath expectation and conditioning. Through creative practice, we begin to strengthen our capacity to support and contain ourselves with compassion, awareness, and resilience.
“Art washes away
from the soul the dust
of everyday life.”
“About SOSA”
Seeds of Self Actualization Workshops (SOSA) offers expressive arts experiences inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other integrative self-development practices. The work is shaped by founder Jacqueline Grant’s personal journey in therapy and recovery, as well as her current studies in the mental health field.
These workshops use creative expression, reflection, and experiential tools to help participants explore their inner world, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their ability to support themselves. SOSA is educational and experiential in nature and is not a substitute for therapy.
Objective
SOSA workshops guide through creative, expressive art experiences that increase self-awareness and support lasting positive change.
“The journey inward is the most rewarding of all.”
Jacqueline Grant
